1. Seven day refund, no questions asked
If you are not satisfied with a paid pass for any reason, request a refund within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount. No forms, no justification required.
2. How to request
Email bimanbordoloi20@gmail.com from your registered email, or use the refund option in your account, with your transaction reference. That is all.
3. Processing time
Refunds are initiated within 3 working days of your request and are returned to your original payment method by Razorpay, typically within 5 to 7 working days depending on your bank.
4. After seven days
Passes are one time purchases valid till your exam date, so refunds are not available after the 7 day window, with one exception: if we published a materially wrong answer in paid content that affected you, and our published correction came after your purchase, we will refund you regardless of the window. Accuracy is our promise and we stand behind it financially.
5. Cancellations
There are no subscriptions and no auto renewals on Uttirno, so there is nothing to cancel. A pass simply expires after your exam.
6. Content that needs no payment
Previous year papers, daily quizzes and exam alerts require no payment, so no refund applies.
