These terms govern your use of uttirno.in (the platform). Operated by Biman Bordoloi, Assam, India, sole proprietor (we, us). By creating an account or purchasing a pass you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Uttirno provides online exam preparation material for Assam government examinations: mock tests, practice questions, previous year question papers, study notes, current affairs quizzes and exam notifications. Unpaid content is available without payment. Paid passes unlock additional material as described on the products page.

2. Independence disclaimer

Uttirno is an independent, private preparation platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to APSC, SEBA, SLRC/ASSEB, SLPRB, DEE, DSE, the Government of Assam or any examination authority. Exam names are used solely to describe the examinations our material prepares you for. Always confirm dates, eligibility and rules from official notifications. We link to official sources wherever possible.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate contact details so we can deliver what you purchase.
One account is for one person. A paid pass may not be shared, resold or used by multiple people.
We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse, content scraping, payment fraud or attempts to disrupt the service.

4. Purchases and validity

Paid passes are one time purchases. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
Each pass is valid until the date of the target examination it is sold for, as stated on the product page. If that examination is not held or scheduled within 12 months of purchase, the pass remains valid for 12 months from purchase, whichever is later.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST where applicable.
Refunds are governed by our refund and cancellation policy.

5. Content accuracy

We take accuracy seriously. Previous year answers are matched to official answer keys where published, and original questions pass independent verification before publishing. Content labelled draft is pending final verification. Despite this, errors can occur. We do not guarantee that all content is without error, and material on this platform is not a substitute for official examination notifications. If you find an error, use the report option. Verified corrections are made promptly and publicly.

6. No outcome guarantee

Preparation improves your chances. Nobody can guarantee selection. We make no promise, express or implied, that use of the platform will result in qualifying for or being selected in any examination.

7. Intellectual property

Original content on the platform, including practice questions, explanations, notes, mock tests, analyses and software, is our property and may not be copied, republished or redistributed without written permission.
Previous year question papers are reproduced from public government examination records for educational purposes, with our own independently written solutions. Official papers and keys remain the property of their respective examination authorities.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, bulk download or systematically copy platform content, not to attempt to breach security or access other users’ data, and not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for temporary unavailability of the service.

10. Changes to the service or terms

We may update features, pricing of future purchases, or these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site with an updated date above. Changes never reduce what an already purchased pass includes.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Guwahati, Assam shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
