ADRE Grade III ADRE Grade III, the clerical and assistant grade. Degree, HSSLC and HSLC with a driving licence are three separate post categories inside it. Conducted by SLRC Class III. ADRE Grade IV ADRE Grade IV, the support grade. HSLC, HSLC with ITI, or read up to Class VIII, and a maximum qualification ceiling that Grade III does not have. Conducted by SLRC Class IV.
