Who this is for

Graduate or post graduate in the teaching subject with B.Ed, per the live advertisement. Teaches at secondary and higher secondary level.

Who conducts it. Directorate of Secondary Education, Assam. Officially the Teachers Eligibility Test cum Recruitment Test.
Shape of the exam. One examination that both qualifies you and recruits you, unlike LP and UP where the two are separate steps.
