Who this is for

Bachelor degree in Science or Engineering with at least one of the fourteen listed subjects.

Who conducts it. Assam Public Service Commission, on behalf of the Environment and Forests Department. There is an application fee.
Shape of the exam. A separate competition altogether: a different recruiting body, a science graduate syllabus, a walking test, an interview and eighteen months of training.
